- All slides in the presentation must have a 16:9 aspect ratio size.

- All presentations will be checked in advance on the computers available in the conference rooms to confirm that there are no software incompatibilities or computer problems. However, it is suggested that all speakers be at the beginning of the oral communications session as well as to bring an additional copy of the presentation in PDF format on a flash drive in case some problem arises.
